Payment fees vary depending on the payment method and platform used

General Rules (for both myDSP and DSP)

We apply processing fees depending on the payment method, amount, and currency advertiser uses.

⚠️Your net traffic credit is the amount we receive after fees (and VAT, if applicable).

Summary of Fees by Method

3DS Credit Card, PayPal, Bitcoin, Capitalist, Paxum Fee: 5% of the payment amount

For payments above $500: Fee is 6.75%

PayPal limit: 8% fee if payment exceeds $500

Direct Debit (GoCardless) Subject to transfer fees depending on your bank’s country and amount To request this method, please contact: [email protected]

Wire Transfers Admin Fee: 1% of the net amount transferred SEPA (Eurozone transfers): zero receiving fees

International Wire Transfers (EUR/USD): We credit only the net amount received USD transfers sent from outside the EU may incur intermediary bank fees up to $70

Platforms operate in USD . EUR payments are automatically converted to USD

If a payment is not received on due date, all advertiser traffic is stopped.

⁉️Why are there processing fees? We simply reflect the cost bank or operator takes for processing money.
