DSP & MyDSP – Refund Policy


Requesting a Refund

To request a refund from your DSP or MyDSP account, please follow these steps: Send an email to [email protected] Use the subject line: “REFUND” Include your account ID in the message Once your request is validated, your refund will be processed within 5 working days.

Refund Conditions

Your request will be eligible only if all the following conditions are met:

Your unused balance is greater than $90

Your account has been active within the last 18 months*(top-up or live traffic activity)*

The email used for the request must be the same email used for the original payment

A processing fee of $50 will be deducted from the refund amount

If your balance is below $90, no refund will be issued.

Important Notes and Restrictions

Yeesshh is a CPV platform, not a performance-based platform. We do not refund based on campaign performance.

Do not file refund requests via PayPal or credit card dispute systems. If you do: Your account will be immediately suspended Future payments via PayPal or card will be blocked To work with us again, you must: Request an invoice Pay via wire transfer or Bitcoin Wait for us to reactivate your account after funds are received

Using a banned PayPal account to fund a new Yeesshh account: Will result in the new account being banned You will not be eligible for a refund
